Video kits
With the introduction of 3000 Series Videophones to all VIDEX video kits, it is now possible to enable up to 3 auxiliary services in addition to the “door open” and “camera recall”, plus it also allows for the adjustment of the electronic call tone volumewith 3 different levels.
VIDEX video kits have been designed for ease of installation, and are based on a 6-wire system removing the need for a coax cable for the video signal. Video kits allow for the connection of additional intercoms, videophones or extension sounders.
VIDEX video kits are available in B&W and Colour, one button and two button version (except videokits with brass outdoor stations which are available only in one button version) and with surface or flush mount outdoor station (except SMART Series video kits which are surface mount only).
The B&W video kits are also available in a version with a videophone which includes a built in memory board and is provided with the relevant power supply Art.850K/MV (Type A 8 module DIN box). Videophones with memory board allow for the storage of up to 32 video pictures with the date & time of the call, the videophone can be operated automatically or manually. To order video kits with this videophone model, simply add the “/MV” to the video kit code. Each videophone provided with the video kits can be ordered as an extension monitor with the relevant power supply (Maximum of three videophones per system).
